These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the entertainment application TAI PHAT developed by GAMGATO ("we" or "us"). By installing and using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Our application, Gamegato, utilizes web view functionality to direct end-users to publicly available game links provided by free service providers such as AHA and Crazy Game. We do not require any revenue sharing from these service providers.

All intellectual property rights of the Application, including but not limited to its content, images, sounds, graphics, and source code, belong to you or content providers.

Users do not have the right to copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of the Application without prior written consent from the rightful owner.

3. Advertising

The Application contains advertising components from various advertisers worldwide, including but not limited to Google, YouTube, and Tapjoy. These advertisements are provided by third-party advertisers and are subject to their respective terms and policies. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or quality of the advertisements displayed within the Application.:

Our ad revenue is generated from advertisements placed on buttons prior to the web view event. We do not collect or exploit any data from the game provider websites.

LTP Media is the data controller and processor of the information you provide us. We will be the controller of the collected user data, as defined under “Data Collection”. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login information and not sharing it with anyone else.

Users are not permitted to use the Application to harm the system or engage in fraud or infringement of others' privacy.

Application does not provide users with direct access to specific videos or websites. Users are responsible for their own actions and decisions regarding the content they choose to view. We do not assume any liability for copyright infringement or any legal issues arising from the user's decision to access and view specific content. Users have the right to refrain from viewing any content that may raise copyright concerns or choose to pay appropriate fees to access copyrighted content.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties of functionality and reliability.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our Application.

These Terms of Service are applicable worldwide, including the European Union and the United States.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information within the Application. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content provided. Users acknowledge and agree that their use of the Application is at their own risk, and we shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from the use of the Application.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

All intellectual property rights related to the Application, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. Users agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any intellectual property without obtaining prior written permission from the rightful owner.

By installing and using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using the Application.
